Brainerd Lakes area natives Jeff and Laura Arns have owned and operated Arns Custom Builders, serving the Lakes Area and beyond for twenty+ years. Jeff and Laura met in Brainerd and are raising their two children, Hailey and Ryan, in the land of lakes they are proud to call home.

Jeff holds a degree in business management. During his studies, he worked for several general contractors in the area, which inspired him to leverage his academic knowledge with practical experience, enhancing both the quality of work and client satisfaction in the industry. After obtaining his general contractor’s license, Jeff and Laura founded Arns Custom Builders in 2004. They are committed to honesty and integrity in all client interactions, believing these values forge and sustain long-term relationships.
